Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We are not allowed to ship to international locations at this time.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within the 14-day return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided with the RMA number.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return is received.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
